Sub-module: Uncontested Procedure; Second session - Regulation of personal and family situations

On May 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program framework for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

This training session is covering the following: the removal and return of the capacity to act, the declaration of the disappearance and death of a person and the proof of death, the declaration of the disappearance of a person and the procedure of proving the death of a person.

The training methodology is interactive and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
