Sub-module: Uncontested procedure - fourth session; Regulation of property transactions

On June 1, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Uncontested Procedure", in support of the trainer Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, judge at the Appeals Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: determining the compensation of expropriated property, the procedure for regulating the administration and use of the common property, the regulation of boundaries (boundaries), the division of property and assets in co-ownership.

The training methodology is interactive and case based.

The beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
