Sub-module: Uncontested Procedure; First session: General Provisions of the Uncontested Procedure Law

On May 29, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the application of common provisions in special procedures, the appropriate application of the law for the Contested procedure, the initiation of the non-contested Procedure, participation in the procedure and the means of the procedure decisions and the costs of the procedure.

The training methodology is interactive and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
