Sub-module: Uncontested procedure-third session; Drafting of the decision in the uncontested procedure and legal remedies

On May 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, judge in the Court of Appeal.

Within this training session, the following are being addressed: types of uncontested procedures, competencies, the form of decisions in the uncontested procedure and the resolution of the preliminary case and the legal consequences.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

The beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
