Sub-module – Non-contentious procedure – third session: Regulation of property relations, administration and use of joint property

On January 18, 2023, the Academy of Law, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Non-contentious Procedure", with the trainer engaged Mrs. Drita Rexhaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: Administration and use of the joint property, division of property and real estate in joint ownership, determination of the amount of compensation for the expropriated real estate, regulation of other non-contentious issues, compilation and validation of the content of the document and document maintenance.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
