Sub-module – Contentious Procedures, Part Two – Session Ten: Special Contentious Procedures

On January 27, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure - second part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Deputy. Chairman of the Judicial Council of Kosovo.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the procedure in disputes from the employment relationship, the procedure in disputes due to the obstruction to possession and the Procedure in disputes of small value

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
