Sub-module: Contested procedure - Part Two, Session 12 - Main Hearing Simulation

June 6, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Deputy Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: Opening of the main hearing session, what is the turn of the parties' statements, what are the questions that the court can ask, how should the proposals for taking evidence from the parties be presented, and how should the court evaluate the proposals made.

The training methodology is through the interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
