Sub-module: Contested Procedure - Part Two; Session Six: Evidence and Obtaining Evidence

On May 26, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on “Contested procedure - second part”, held by the trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session session is addressing the following: Burden of proof, facts that do not need to be proven, evidence and obtaining evidence, the witness, the expert, the inspection of the place and the documents and the hearing of the parties.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
