Sub-module – Contested Procedure - Part Two; Session Nine: Termination and Possession of Proceedings

On June 1, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Deputy Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.

This training session, the following are being addressed: other cases of suspension of the trial (procedure), the consequences of the suspension of the trial (procedure) when the suspended judicial process begins, appeals against the ruling on the suspension of the trial (procedure) and the dismissal of the trial.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
