Sub-module: Contested Procedure - Part Two; Session Nine: Termination and suspension of proceedings

On January 26, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the first group of newly appointed judges, generation nine, is conducting the theoretical training under the module “Contested procedure - second part", with trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, vice Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.

This training session is addressing the following: situations and cases of suspension of the trial (procedure), Consequences of the suspension of the trial (procedure), when the suspended judicial process begins, the appeal against the ruling on suspension of the trial (procedure) and the dismissal of judgment.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
