Sub-module – Contentious Procedure, Part Two – Session Eleven: Preparatory Session Simulation

On January 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the eleventh session theoretical training, under the module "Contentious procedure - second part", in support of the trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Deputy. Chairman of the Judicial Council of Kosovo.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: How should the preparatory session be opened, what is the turn of the parties to make statements, what are the questions that the court can ask, how should the proposals for taking evidence be presented by the parties and how should the court evaluates the proposals made.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
