Sub-module – Contested procedure, part two; Seventh session: Expert witnesses and parties

On January 24, 2024, Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the first group of newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", with trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Vice Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.

This training session is addressing aspects like, expert witnesses and parties, experts and witnesses.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
