Sub-module – Contested procedure-part two; Session eight: Insuring the claim

On May 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Deputy Chairman of the Judicial Council of Kosovo.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the conditions for setting insurance measures, the consequences of non-compliance with the measures with which the claim is secured, the content of the decision on the setting of the insurance measure, the possibility of setting the insurance measure before the lawsuit is filed, the duration of the security measure, the legal remedies against the decision on the determination of the security measure and the decision on the determination of the temporary security measure and authorizations of the court in relation to the insured items, the authorizations of the court in relation to the procedure and the rendered decision and Consequences of non-compliance with the measure for securing the claim.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them is from the Bosnian community.
