Sub-module- Contentious procedure-first part, second session: Types of judgments according to the LPK

On May 05, 2023, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure - the first part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being dealt with: partial judgment, judgment based on affirmation, judgment based on withdrawing from claim, judgment due to lack of hearing, judgment in absentia, judgment without a trial, issuance of the judgment without appointing a court session according to the provisions of Article 398 of the LPK and issuing the verdict without appointing a court session according to the provisions of Article 399 of the LPK.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them is from the Bosnian community.
