Sub-module – Contested procedure - Part One; Session Eleven: Submissions and Service of Documents

On May 26, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure-first part", held by the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: The action of the court in cases where the submission is not comprehensible and complete, the consequences of not completing-correcting the submission, communication of documents to persons deprived of liberty, and sending of documents by the parties themselves.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one of the Bosnian Community.
