Sub-module: Contested procedure-first part; First session: Completion of the procedure by a court decision

On May 4, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - the first part", held by the trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge of the Supreme Court.

This training session is covering the following: the judgment, the content of the judgment, rendering, drafting and sending the judgment, the binding form of the judgment, correcting the judgment, the binding form of the judgment and the types of judgments.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community.
