Sub-module – Contested procedure - part one; Session eight: Parties in contested procedure

On May 23, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - the first part", delivered by the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: procedural presumptions related to the parties, the understanding of the parties in the contested procedure, regular legal representation in case of lack of procedural capacity, and the right to pursue the case in court.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
