Sub-module: Enforcement procedure; Second session: Legal basis for rendering enforcement

On May 29, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the "Enforcement Procedure" module, held by the trainer Mr. Isa Shala, private bailiff.

The topics covered under this module are the following: Reliable documents, the adequacy of the enforceable and reliable document, usury, the transfer of credit or debit and conditional and reciprocal obligation.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
