Sub-module: Procedure according to legal remedies: Session two: Grounds for filing the Appeal

On October 4, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly graduated judges of the generation 10, is conducting a training from the module on “Procedure according to legal remedies", held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, Judge of the Appeals Court.

This session is covering the following: preparation of the decision of the Appeals Court, the basis for filing the appeal, the appeal against decision of the Basic Court in the Appeals Court, as well as general rules of the appeals procedure.

Training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
