Sub-module: Procedure according to Legal remedies; Session Three: Extraordinary Legal Remedies

On October 5, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Procedure according to legal remedies", held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: types of extraordinary legal remedies, requests for extraordinary mitigation of punishment, requests for protection of legality and legal appendices.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
