Sub-module – Alternative procedures; Second session: Conditions when attendance is not mandatory

On October 17, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation is conducting the theoretical training under the Alternative Procedures module that is held by the trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina.

This session is addressing the following: the conditions when the prosecution is not mandatory and when the state prosecutor is not forced to start the criminal prosecution or can waive the prosecution.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
