Sub-module – Alternative Procedures, Session four: Pardon

On October 19, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

This session is addressing the following: The institution of release from punishment according to provisions of the plea bargaining agreement, and the provisions related to the cooperating witness, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of release from punishment.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
