Submodule – Alternative Procedures, Session Four: Negotiation on Plea bargaining Agreement

On March 07, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Alternative Procedures" with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.
