Sub-module – Alternative procedures; First session: Temporary suspension of the procedure (Article 320)

On December 4, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the Alternative Procedures module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina.

This session is elaborating on the following: the temporary suspension of the procedure, the cases when this procedure is applied and when this procedure should not be applied, and alternative solutions to disputes and their various forms.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
