Sub-module – Alternative Procedures, Session Five: acquittal

On March 14, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The institution of acquittal from sentencing according to the provisions of the plea agreement and the provisions related to the cooperating witness and the advantages and disadvantages of release from punishment.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
