Submodule – Alternative Procedures; Session Four: Negotiation of the Plea Bargaining Agreement

On October 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Alternative Procedures" with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina.

This session is addressing the following: the institution of the plea bargaining agreement and the advantages and disadvantages of the plea bargaining agreement.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
