Sub-module – Alternative Procedures, Session Three: Mediation Procedure

On October 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training program the newly appointed judges, is conducting theoretical training under the Alternative Procedures module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina.

This session is addressing the following: alternative dispute resolution procedures, resolution of judicial disputes of criminal area through mediation.

The training methodology is applying practical cases as well as interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from one Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
