Sub-module – Alternative Procedures, Session Three: Mediation Procedure

On March 6, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Alternative Procedures" with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the notion of "conflict" and its different types, alternative solutions to disputes" and their different forms, advantages and disadvantages of mediation; and mediation and different types of mediation.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
