Sub-module – Special Procedures under the CPCK: Third session: Punitive Orders

On October 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice within its Initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Special Procedures according to the CPC" with trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following topics: the request for issuance of a punitive order, the treatment by means of compulsory rehabilitation of persons addicted to drugs or alcohol, the imposition of the measure for compulsory rehabilitation treatment, and the supervision of compulsory treatment rehabilitation by the court.

The training methodology is practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
