Sub-module: Minutes of the court; Third session: review of the minutes and case file

On November 21, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Procedures" module, that is held by the trainer Mr. Ikramije Bojaxhiu, Prosecutor at the Appeals Prosecution Office.

This session is covering the following: the access of the suspect and the defendant to the case documents, the access of the injured party and the victim's defense to the case documents, the qualifications of interpreters or translators, the minutes of the court hearing and the minutes of the court in implementation of the special investigative opportunity.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
