Indictment and initial hearing

On February 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on: "Indictment and initial hearing".

The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Armend Hamiti, prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the drafting of the indictment.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, including practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associate and legal officer.
