Sub-module: Evidence during investigation; First session: General overview on evidence

On January 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within its Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Evidence during the investigation", held by the trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

This session, is elaborating on the following topics: evidence and their verification in criminal proceedings, the meaning of evidence, as well as material and verbal evidence.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
