Sub-module: Evidence during the investigation, session five: Obtaining evidence during the investigation, defendant's statement and witness testimony

On March 6, 2023, the Academy of justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Evidence during the investigation", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bahri Hyseni, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

In the framework of this session, the following are being dealt with: the minutes for questioning the witness as evidence in the investigation phase, the minutes for taking the witness's statement as evidence in the investigation phase and the minutes for taking the defendant's statement as evidence in the investigation phase.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
