Sub-module: Evidence in criminal procedure; Second session - Evidence according to the Criminal Procedure Code of Kosovo

On October 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Evidence in Criminal Procedure" with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

The first session covered the following topics: the parties and their actions for providing evidence and types of evidence according to provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The training methodology is implementing practical cases and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
