Sub-module: Evidence in criminal procedure; Fourth session: control, examination of international requirements, evidence and admissibility

On October 30, 2023, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation conducted the theoretical training under the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" that is carried out with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

The first session, covered the following topics: control, review and reconstruction, international requirements or evidence obtained abroad, admissible evidence and their evaluation.

The training methodology is implementing practical cases divided into two groups and interactivity.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
