Sub-module – Evidence in criminal procedure – third session: Expertise and covert technical measures of investigation and surveillance and their types as evidence

On January 31, 2023, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group II, the theoretical training under the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.

Within this, the topics that are being addressed are: Expertise and covert and technical measures of investigation and surveillance

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases divided into two groups and interactivity.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Bosnian community.
