Sub-module: The role of the prosecutor in the hearing stage; First session: The role of the state prosecutor during the initial hearing

On February 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The role of the prosecutor in the court hearing stage” delivered by the trainer Mr. Ilir Morina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Procedural aspects of the judicial review, the role of the state prosecutor during the initial review and judicial practice related to the initial review.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/23.
