Submodule: Initial, and second hearing and the main trial; second session: Objection of Evidence, Motion to Dismissal and Second Hearing

On March 14, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Initial and second hearing and the main trial", with the trainer engaged Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court.

In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: challenging the evidence, the request for the dismissal of the indictment, the presentation of the amended indictment and the rulings related to the request for the dismissal of the indictment,

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
