Sub-module: Main trial, session six: closing argument, as well as the procedure for receiving and announcing the judgment

On January 27, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The main trial", with the trainer engaged Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the closing argument, receiving the judgment and announcing the judgment.

The training methodology was implemented through a mock trial by the newly appointed judges in the premises of the Basic Court in Pristina.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnian community.
