Sub-module: Judicial hearing; Session five: Closing statement and the procedure for rendering and announcing the judgment

February 20 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation 10) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “The initial hearing and the main hearing” delivered by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Supreme Court judge.

This session is covering the following: the closing statement, rendering the judgments and announcing the judgment.

Training methodology is through a trial simulation by the newly appointed prosecutors that was held in the Basic Court in Prishtina courtroom.

Beneficiaries are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/24.
