Sub-module: Judicial review; Session four: Presentation of evidence

On October 4, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Judicial review", held by the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: the opening statement, general rules for the presentation of evidence, the examination of witnesses, the statement of the expert, the evidence obtained outside the court, the reading of the minutes or the reproduction of the recordings and the questioning of the defendant.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
