Sub-module: Judicial review, session four: Presentation of evidence

On January 23, 2023, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program, for the second group of newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Judicial review", held by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following aspects: the opening statement, general rules for presentation of evidence, the examination of witnesses, the statement of the expert, the evidence taken outside the court, the reading of the minutes or the reproduction of the recordings and the examination of the defendant.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
