Sub-module – Sanctioning Policy Guideline Session Two – Circumstances for aggravation of punishment

On May 2, 2023, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Sanctioning Policy Guideline" with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the circumstances for the aggravating the punishment and implementation of the guidelines from a practical point of view.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors.
