Sub-module: Exercise of legal remedies; Second session: Compilation of the appeal by the state prosecutor against the verdict due to essential violation of the criminal procedure provisions

On February 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Exercise of legal remedies", delivered by the trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

This training session is covering the following: the drafting of the complaint by the state prosecutor against the verdict due to essential violations of the criminal procedure provisions, as well as the state prosecutor, the accused, the defense, the legal representative of the accused and the injured party. The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed state prosecutors 2023/2024.
