Sub-module: Crime Scene and Forensics Session 1: Crime Scene and First Steps

On October 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the training under the module "The crime scene and forensics", held by the trainer Mrs. Merita Bina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

This session is covering the following: the legal basis, the scene, the way of action in the first moments, the main points, the arrival at the crime scene, the creation of different versions of the event, the elaboration of the creation of versions, clues, the use of clues in solving criminal offenses, the classification of clues, the way of committing the criminal offense as evidence and the suspicious behavior of the person designated as evidence.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed state prosecutors 2023/2024.
