Recognition and Enforcement of Domestic and Foreign Arbitration Decisions

On October 06, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic “Recognition and Enforcement of Domestic and Foreign Arbitration Decisions”.

The trainers involved are Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court and Ms. Njomza Zejnullahu, expert.

The purpose of this training is to precisely explain the importance and procedure for recognition and enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitration decisions, helping judges to unify the practices of recognition and enforcement of these decisions.

The training methodology will be developed interactively by the participants and elaboration of practical cases.

The beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
