Principles of Juvenile Procedure and Measures and Punishments for Juveniles

On 06.07.2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic "Principles of Juvenile Procedure and Measures and Punishments for Juveniles".

The trainers engaged in this activity are:

• Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court
• Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Appeals Prosecutor's Office.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge of the legal provisions regulating measures and punishments for juveniles.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecutor's Offices from all Regions of Kosovo.
