Principles of Juvenile Procedure and Measures and Punishments Against Juveniles

On September 29, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field, on the topic: “Principles of Juvenile Procedure and Measures and Punishments Against Juveniles.” The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Ramadan Gashi, Permanent Trainer at the Academy of Justice. The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge of the legal provisions governing measures and punishments for juveniles. Training Methodology: A combination of theoretical explanation and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecution Offices across all regions of Kosovo.
