Criminal Liability of Legal Entities – Continuous Training Program

On September 16, 2026, the Academy of Justice conducted a training session titled “Criminal Liability of Legal Entities” as part of its Continuous Training Program. The session was held by Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeals, and Mr. Ilir Morina, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office.

The purpose of the training was to strengthen professional knowledge regarding the criminal liability of legal entities, including the scope of such liability and applicable sanctions. This was achieved through the analysis of relevant legal provisions and practical case studies.

The methodology combined theoretical explanations with interactive discussions and the presentation of practical cases, ensuring a balance between academic learning and practical application.

Participants included judges from the Court of Appeals and basic courts, prosecutors from the Special Prosecution Office (SPRK) and basic prosecution offices, as well as representatives from Kosovo Customs.
