Writing of indictment, reasoning and evaluation of evidence

October 16 2024, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the US-DOJ/ OPDAT within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the roundtable on “Writing of indictment, reasoning and evaluation of evidence”.

Trainer engaged is Mr. Valdet Gashi Deputy Chief prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, and Ms. Sebahate Sinani, prosecutor in the Appeals Prosecution.

Purpose of this training was extending the participants knowledge on the Indictment as the most important act of the state prosecutor which is their exclusive competence. Roundtable methodology is combination of theoretical explanations and interactive discussions on practical cases.

Beneficiaries are judges from the Basic Court, professional associates from the judiciary and officers from the Kosovo Police inspectorate.
